Welcome to State Line . These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.shopstateline.com and any purchases made through our site.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
  • You will not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Modify product descriptions or pricing without notice

We do our best to display accurate colors and designs, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit or cancel quantities per customer

If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for pricing errors, but we reserve the right to correct them and cancel affected orders if necessary.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Processing times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays
  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the products and quality of all of our tee. If you are ever not satisfied with you order, we offer a 100% discount to your order either in person at a pop up event and or if shipped back to us in the same condition it was mailed to you. Tees must not be worn, washed or show damages. Tees must also not be returned with the smell of perfume. We have the right to ship the tee back to you and NOT offer a refund if any of these are the case. Shipper is responsible to PAY FOR RETURN shipping to us for RETURNS. You can always meet us at a show for a FREE EXCHANGE and credit for another tee. Or ask for a FULL REFUND. We want to ensure you are happy with your order and will correct any issue that was an error on our end. 

If you offer returns/exchanges, you can replace this with:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

By providing your email and/or phone number, you agree to receive communications from State Line, including:

  • Designs

  • Logos
  • Product artwork

is the property of State Line and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

State Line is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages from using our website or products
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our control

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold State Line harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

We may use third-party providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing platforms). We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
